April 3rd 2009 three men beat a girl in swat who was held down by two different men, and her face was rubbed in the dirt. A third man in a black turban flogs her lower back more than 30 times in a minute and a half, and she was screaming out in pain.According to the Taliban she had a physical relationship with a man and she kept him in her house.
According to me this was not right. maybe this video was fake and even if it was true this shoul not come on air as she was a girl who was harshly beat by men and this video must not be shown to the public keeping in mind that the person who was beaten was a young girl who was 16 or 17 years old. Im against this news as a girls reputation is hurt.
There are so many different versions to us, some news reports say that guy was a plumber, some say it was her father in law. But yes it was also thought that this was infact a fake video and it was made in dec. The girl and her family denies it now... but thats also becuz they cud be scared even if it was true.
ReplyDeleteAnd if this is true, its just shameful and its horrbile how the people in swat think this is justice, and many Islamic scholars say that this is not written in Islam to treat a woman like this.
Its more scary becuz for the outside world Pakistan is already considered as not that great a place, with this on the news, one must wonder if they shuld be scared when the females in their homes, step out of the house.
